School Management ERP
A demonstration of how admissions, attendance, exams, fees and parent communication could come together in one school system.
Demonstration project. This demonstration shows interface concepts and module structure using placeholder content. It does not process real student data and is not a deployed system. It was created by CYANAQ Systems to illustrate our approach and was not delivered to a paying client. No results or metrics are claimed.

The challenge
The problem this addresses
Schools juggle admissions, registers, marks, fee collection and parent messages across paper files and spreadsheets. Staff time goes into reconciling information instead of supporting students.
Our approach
How we would tackle it
- 01
Start from the daily routines of office staff, teachers and parents, and design a separate view for each.
- 02
Group features into modules so a school can adopt admissions, attendance and fees first, and add exams and communication later.
- 03
Keep screens simple enough for staff with limited software experience.
Features
What the demonstration shows
- Admission enquiry and application tracking
- Student and guardian records
- Daily attendance by class
- Homework and notices
- Exam schedules, marks and report cards
- Fee structure, dues and receipts
- Parent communication
- Staff roles and permissions
Outcome
What we can and cannot claim
Because this is a demonstration project, there are no client results to report, and we do not publish invented figures. When you work with us on a real project, we will agree measurable goals up front and report honestly against them.
